The second painting of the series. Just like Daffodils, Tulips are the epitome of Spring. The flowers are created from the paint that I originally had for the base of this painting. I didn’t want to waste any paint, and fortunately the dark pinks work beautifully with the green background.

Tulips symbolise deep love. So, perhaps this painting would be perfect to gift a loved one. Or even a self loving gift! The Twirling Tulips are painted with oils, on a 20 x 20 cm deep edge canvas and would be the most beautiful painting to pop on your wall.
